I guess when it comes to Walmart, they are guilty until they prove their innocense. Is that the same for any large corporation?No, corporations and their agents enjoy the same presumption of innocence that we all enjoy. I think that an important fact in all this will be the extent to which these cleaning companies were hiring illegal immigrants. If a significant proportion of the work force consisted of illegal immigrants, I won't be surprised if they find evidence that managers at Walmart knew about what they were paying for.
I don't like to think that Walmart is being managed by fools and idiots, do you? ;-)
