Why are you setting up that argument?

My kids need jobs. They are willing to work at Walmart for the prevailing wage. Walmart did not hire them, but hired illegals. I do not argue strawmen.

You mean then, that Walmart not only violated immigration laws, but is also paying them less than citizens under the table? Or are the illegals getting the minimum wage.

In any event. The kids need jobs. Not the illegals who need to stay in their country and work to improve it.

He is trying to say the Walmart blindly contracts to others and does not have a clue about the sub-contractors they hire. BS.....

If your an employer, it's your freaking job to investigate someone you plan on hiring as a subcontractor.....For crying out loud..

Walmart has an army of attorneys, a huge legal department and they don't know who they contract with?

Walmart was not paying these illegals, Walmart did not hire them. They contracted with an agency to assume those responsibilities.

If your children need the work, why don't they start a contract agency that abides the law and offers competitive services to companies like Walmart? In a free market an opportunity always exists. My point is that the intrusions on our free market are making it so the market is no longer available to citizens, it is only free for those willing to break laws. Therefore, government intrusion on the market is one of the causes of this type of problem.
