He was expelled from his political party, not from the country.

We would have to get the democrats to expel them. The first hurdle would be to get the democrats to be aashamed of them, which so far, they aren't.

How come we can't expell folks like Kennedy, Clinton, et al?Because he was kicked out by his own party. In order to do the same to Kennedy etc. the democrat party would have to have at least a scintilla of honor. Since we all know that it doesn't there is no hope of them doing the same.

Good news. It took them long enough.

You nailed the reality. My congressit, Mike Thompson, in one year flew to Cuba to sing Happy Birthday to Fidel, then last fall he flew to Baghdad to suckle at the knees of $odomite.
His voters see nothing wrong with being a double traitor in the same year.

What about his ability to live far beyond his means? What about the documents found in Iraq with his name on them?

You had to expect this.

"Rue the day? Who says that anymore?"

Somehow I don't think it was just his comments that got him expelled...

Man these leftists are cheeky. Galloway gets caught making inflamatory statements, taking money from enemy combatants, and inciting British forces to disobey their own orders...and what does Galloway do?!
Why, he goes and slams his own Party for throwing him out!
How dare they punish him, a pure leftist!

And Georgie-boy wasn't the only Labour MP cozying up to Saddamn, either. George has got to be wondering what made him so special :(

Georgie Porgie puddin' head and spy fraternized and took the terrorists money and said bye bye. When the allies came to stay, Georgie Porgie attempted to keep them at bay since their retribution for Georgie's conduct was fey.

Mr Galloway said: "This was a politically motivated kangaroo court whose verdict had been written in advance in the best tradition of political show trials."Guess what, George, it is a political show trial because it's the decision of a political party.
He went on to warn that Labour might well act against other MPs opposed to the Iraq war such as Glenda Jackson and Bob Marshall-Andrews.
It wasn't just your opposition, you nutburger.
"Labour will rue the day that they took this decision," said Mr Galloway.

Wasn't this the guy who was shown to be on Saddam's payroll?

The other problem is that no party can expel any of their members as they are able to do in Britain.
