But don't be fooled people. This is yet another grandstanding law. They are wasting time on something they know won't stand constitutional muster just to curry favor with the voters.

So, just which way are you going with this? It's obvious to me the courts, in particular, can't read and interpret the constitution on a 2nd grade level...choose not to, actually. But we're supposed to be cowed by the complexity of the law, so it becomes the realm of legal eagles. Spare me.
