Yes a wonderful law, but I doubt it will pass constitutional muster. They are already writing the lawsuits.

I honestly have mixed emotions about this law. The constitution only put in writing what to the founders were/are certain inalienable rights possessed by by American citizens. The gummint generally, and the courts in particular, are stomping on our inalienable rights set out in the constitution. These rights were not to be made law by statute, but were to be broadly understood as givens from God.
