Isn't this story a bit old already? I remember reading this well over a week ago.

But this is the beauty of trademarks and copyrights. While I don't have a problem with the game, Parker Brothers should not have their property damaged by someone else like this.

Hasbro can afford to spend more money on lawyers than Mr. Chang will see in his entire lifetime - I'm sure they'll make that clear to him as they offer a quick and relatively easy settlement. He might very well win if he sticks with it, but that's pretty easy to say when it's not my a** on the firing line ;)
