By the time the family was able to get down to the hospital, her husband had removed her from the hospital and taken to an "undisclosed location" - we are told perhaps back to hospice.
----------------------
What's this? He's kidnapped her from the hospital? I'd like confirmation and explanation.

Once again, it becomes evident that Governor Bush has to send in the State Police or someone authorized by his executive authority to guard her from further judicial chicanery.

This woman should have been put under 24 hour guard by state police.

Is there a lawyer in the house?I don't understand this "legal guardian " bit at all. Surely the power of attorney is not an absolute right. She would have wanted her family to be there, at a minimum, and now he's denying the priest access to her? He has the right to change her religion?
If he decided to take her out to the barn and use her for target practice, would that be OK with the law, too?

You could tell Ashcroft that she used to make glass pipes, that should have him send a flying wedge of G-men down.

This is unbelievable!
Can no one put a 'restraining order' on the husband. Shades of a Scott Peterson here. . .

The cops were there to "guard" anyone from coming to her rescue to give her "last rites"
the cops were protecting the murderers right to murder...
Now they are no where to be found?
And she has been taken somewhere to be killed...or left to die...????
And the law isnt hunting this sob down ...
He just violated Bush's order....

It's easy to put a restraining order on him and to get him thrown in jail. Just argue that in her deliberately weakened condition, moving her represents a foreseeable deliberate threat to her life. Hit the sonofabitch with conspiracy to commit murder charge. He can spend the time during which his lawyer protests in jail.

More from Debi
Oh yeah...we all have to get our news from the news station now - they are telling Terri's parents nothing!!!!
Terri is back in hospice - they said her condition is stable - and that the feeding tube was just reinserted. So she has only had IV since last night....
Meanwhile the guardian ad litem only provides help in litigation and has nothing to do with actual guardian care of Terri....

An emergency motion ordered visitation restored for the family but it was not received in the attorney's offices until 5:15PM today. Can you just explain this to me please?
A judge has ordered they can visit now? How can the hospice keep them out? Or was it site specific (hospital)
Thanks.

Herald.com, is where you need to go for the full story. click on news , then click on Florida. THere is a big article about it.
Terri's family visited her tonight and are pretty satisfied with the arrangements. She had the feeding tube reinserted in the hospital and was then returned to the Hospice.
Check it out for your selves.

God couldn't help him or his lawyer if I were Governor of Florida. I'd come up with rationales at a rate of ten a minute and judges to support him. He's find himself in a jail cell with foot-long Jackson.
