He deserves to be punished for refusing to uphold his oath of office.He upheld his oath; Roy Moore disobeyed a Federal Judge and was prepared to disobey the Supreme Court of Alabama.

But, this will serve Crazy Roy in his run for governor, which is what this has been about all along.
