When the person is dead -AAAFTER their insurance has been bled dry! - THEN the hospice HAS to KILL them as soon as possible/practical/prudent - so another dying patient can be moved smoothly through the process from the trains to camps to the ovens.
As long as the patient has money, they are a profit-maker.

So what was the financial incentive for the hospice to have Terri around for three years now? One post said the hospice was not even charging Schiavo for its "services."
