It may not matter much, anyway. If we can trust the report in #531, the guardian won't have much power, and hubby can still control everything about Terri but the feeding tube.

Then again, it was on CNN...

Yea, this statement sums it up very well!!!! But I think there is so much money involved that the "fiancee" will stick around (after all she has a delivery coming) indefinitely to collect! Would that she have her baby tonight! So, it looks like there will be no therapy for Terri under the legislative act. But the courts seem unable to remove the feeding tube again unless the Chiles-appointed Supreme Court (the one that favored selected recounts to favor Al Gore, Jr.) rules the law unconstiutional. Then Terri is in immediate peril again.

So the big winner after all was the late Governor Lawton Chiles, who has appointed this dearth of runaway liberal judges in FL.
