Effective immediately, continued withholding of nutrition and hydration from Theresa Schiavo is stayed

It maybe up for debate but my guess is that with the attention this case has that all the medical facilities involved will not do something to potentially increase their liability.... So I still don't know what law has been broken if they are adhering to the 'stay order' and providing nutrition and hydration....

You may very well be correct ..

But from what I have read about and the actions of her husband and his lawyer during this whole case .. I don't trust them at all

Then common sense tells me that she has been without food and water for 6 days .. I would tend to think she is not fully hydration in less then 24 hours

I am not a doctor and like I said .. I could be wrong ..

I hope for Terry's sake that I am

It seems to me that the intent of the just-enacted legislation is abundantly clear. Necesary hydration and nutrition will not be withheld from an infirm, brain damaged, but otherwise physically viable person, and, according to Governor Bush's order, from Terry Schaivo in particular.
