He must not do much guardianship law. When people are dying or refusing treatment (ie cancer) families CAN AND DO go to the courts. Quite comom in situations where the inlaws believe the spouce is killing off their child.

I firmly believe a gag order should be placed on all the parties. (the aclu is just carpet bagging for the PR.)
