I sent this e-mail. They may trash it but I figured the seniors are usually very caring and that if they knew they might be at a risk too them maybe AARP could flex some muscle for Terri.

I need to ask if you will look into the Terri Schiavo case in Florida. I realize she is not old enough to be a member of this organization yet but her parents are and there are a lot of members that do live in Florida and other states, who will unfortunately reside in nursing homes as they become disabled and age. Terri and her family need help. She, the disabled, and the elderly have a right to life. Your assistance is appreciated

Sorry, Cindy to dash your hopes but AARP is as liberal as they come!!!
I can't help but feeling, for all our efforts, that NOBODY CARES!!
It is so hard to believe that this story has not captured NOT ONE journalist, legal-type person, reporter, or any talk-show host except a pitifully few.

Does this mean that any little word from someone, with enough lawyering skills can get someone, even their loved one terminated? By claiming they said something fictitious?

When you go to court, your word is sworn on a Bible. Other claims must be notarized, many other verification procedutes.
