I've not read through your post yet, dixiegrrl, but Felos announced today that Terri was approved for Medicaid .. would that be State or Federal? Seems to me if it's Federal, she comes under the protection of FEDERAL law - who are our FReeper attorneys? The appeals were sent back from Federal to State because it was a STATE matter.
