If someone removed medical information from your records in order to present to someone who might view them to make an analysis, or doctored same records to present a lack of progress, etc., thereby completely distorting the reality of the situation AND these records were used to make a determination of whether you lived or died, wouldn't you be upset?It's so excruciatingly frustrating to feel so powerless. All we can do is write letters and send emails.

I know. I have the good fortune to work 1 block away from a Church. I walked up there just to light another candle for Terri and they were starting Mass to I stayed. I was sure glad. I felt better.

Dear gentle soul,
we are not powerless. We have proven that. Emails & letters may not seem much, but believe me, people are reading & paying attention. They are also aware of the hundreds (if not thousands) of phone calls.
And...someone else is obviously listening. Someone more powerful than any of us. Take heart.
