I must humbly admit that I didn't find it, it was sent to me. But when I saw no one had started a thread about it, I decided to post it here. It is the best news we've had since yesterday. God willing, they will see what we see and arrest the SOB. He has clearly violated Florida statutes and should be charged with multiple felonies.

If you get Coast to Coast, listen at 1:00 a.m. The family spokesperson is giving a statement. If the Coast to Coast listeners get bad news, they'll go insane.

OOPS CORRECTION.. WE WILL
Michael is still keeping Terri hostage and keeping her family from being able to
see her. Now he took her out of the hospital and back to the hospice. Whatever
sick courts are involved in this matter have decided that Michael/Felos and
Terri's family have to agree on a Guardian Ad Litem within 5 days. Apparently
the person that is being suggested by the courts is pro-death. Can you tell me
how corrupt this is? Not only is the court suggested a pro-death advocate as
Guardian Ad Litem but Michael wants Terri dead and the courts are giving him a
say in picking a Guardian Ad Litem!??? This suggested Guardian Ad Litem was just
on the evening news stating negative things about Terri's Law. This has more
than the appearance of a conflict of interest. Jeb, these death dealers are
making a mockery of our State of Florida. Why aren't your providing Terri with
the protection she needs to keep Michael/Felos, etc. from interfering with her
recovery? They are playing the same game as if Terri was a yo-yo or chattel
which they can just do as they please with. This is so ridiculous it certainly
isn't funny. If you really are on the side of those who love Terri you will put
a stop to this madness and do everything in your power to punish those
responsible for attempted murder of Terri.
WE ARE PLEADING WITH YOU TO PROVIDE FURTHER PROTECTION FOR TERRI SCHINDLER SCHIAVO
TO BE STABILIZED, HYDRATED, AND GIVEN NUTRITION WITHOUT THE INTERFERENCE OF MICHAEL
SCHIAVO OR GEORGE FELOS OR ANY DEATH ADVOCATES. RIGHT NOW MICHAEL AND FELOS ARE
CAUSING HARM TO TERRI AND AGAINST YOUR ORDERS. WE ALSO PLEAD THAT TERRI'S FAMILY GETS
TO BE WITH TERRI AT ALL TIMES THAT THEY POSSIBLY CAN BE WITH HER WITHOUT INTERFERENCE
FROM MICHAEL SCHIAVO OR GEORGE FELOS, ETC. WE WILL NOT STOP UNTIL MICHAEL SCHIAVO
AND GEORGE FELOS ARE PERMANENTLY YANKED FOREVER OUT OF TERRI'S LIFE. WE WILL NOT
STOP PLEADING AND ACTING UNTIL JUSTICE IS SERVED.
DEMAND REHABILITATION FOR TERRI. IT IS HER RETAINED RIGHT!

in such incapacity cases the Attorney ad litems are on call. You general have a volunteer attorney who has their turn for hearings. The appointment is instant.

"His new live-in girlfriend, w/one child and another one on the way, is Catholic. Apparently (I'm not kidding here) she wants this to be OK'd and legit by the Catholic church. Because Terri & MIchael's marriage was 'for better or for worse', Terri must be, well, dead for it to end." Dear Jesus, what irony. God won't bless their marriage and accept their bastards children unless they kill the wife. That's just too rich. Shakespeare could have had another hit with this story could he have ever conceived of such a thing occurring.

It's not really a good idea to post that somebody's being investigated.

I don't want to burst anyone's bubble, but Pat Anderson has already tried all of this. It keeps going back to Judge Greer who sides with Michael every time! Of course, I don't know if it's possible to bring it up again now that the whole world is hearing about Terri. Perhaps Greer might change his mind this time. He seems to get nervous when the cameras are on him (those who were able to watch the proceeding on Sept.11th said that he twitched a lot that day).

She's not in a vegetative state:
"He called his daughter "a really tired girl" and said he was struck by some redness in her eyes. "
She was crying.
With all this shuffling around ... they are disrupting care and psychological comfort. Put yourself in her shoes. She's back to the same hospice where she experienced neglect and where they tried to kill her. So you think this creep of a husband is a comfort to be around? Not allowing her to see her parents except for a measely 45 is enough?
I'd bet the one sided exchange went something like that. He's certainly not going to encourage her to live.

From that article it sounds like her family did get a chance to see her ...
Terri Schiavo was moved Wednesday for the second time in two days - this time back to a Pinellas Park hospice where she was receiving nourishment again through a feeding tube. Later, Robert Schindler, her father, said he, his wife and son visited Schiavo for about 45 minutes.
The family was annoyed, Schindler said, that Schiavo had been moved again from the hospital in nearby Clearwater where she had been taken on Tuesday.
Schindler said he was happy to see his daughter, but "she looked to me like a person who has the flu - (someone who would say) don't bother me," He called his daughter "a really tired girl" and said he was struck by some redness in her eyes

It's not really a good idea to post that somebody's being investigated. If a newspaper's publishing it, it's hardly secret. And actually, in this case, it may be a good thing.
The most likely way I can see that Terri is going to live is if one or more members of the Schiavo Triumvirate realize that it's better to be convicted of attempted murder than murder in the first degree.

see post 802....Suncoast Hospice should be shut down! Wait a minute. I haven't caught up again after a break, but did anyone remark on this yet? Am I imagining things here?
The new GAL Jay Wolfson is also affiliated with Suncoast? Am I losing my mind? Or what's going on?
Is there not still a conflict of interest? Maybe it's late and I've missed something.
