If evolution were true each and every gene in each every species would provide the same tree. It does not because these species did not evolve, they were created and evolution is total nonsense.

Yes. Horizontal transfers never occur in fruit flies, or rats and mice, or flowering plants, or reptiles. As anyone who reads the literature can clearly see, horizontal gene transfers occur only in bacteria.
