I agree that we should cut spending, but balancing the budget right now would cripple the recovery.I don't believe they should balance the budget - but I would like to see Bush make at least some kind of proposal to cut spending, even if it is only on the scale of $20-40 billion. And a real cut - not just a decrease in the increase.
