Something to add to the discussion... If you want to see comatose/vegetative, people, does anybody remember the case of Sunny Von Bulow? Terri Schiavo is definitely not comatose or in any sort of a vegetative state. She is simply disabled due to a brain injury. I'm glad that things went in her favor yesterday! Btw, Sunny is now 71 and still in a coma.

Please, no one misunderstand what I am saying: I couldn't help but think how frightened and confused Terri must have felt the last few days, if she IS, indeed, even somewhat still capable of thinking and is not completely brain-dead! Not being able to communicate and ask what is going on!

Please, if you do NOT yet have written (or even handwritten) instructions about how you want things handled if you're in a similar condition...do it SOON!!
