Not only that Jacks, he was calling her from the Search site. Then he called her on New Years Eve (Laci missing for only 6 days, pregnant at that) and told her her loved her, told her wanted to have a family with HER and told her that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her!! That stuff is unbelievably incriminating. It certainly shows motive and it shows that this man was experiencing NO grief whatsoever, NONE, NADA, ZILCH!! A "normal" man, who loved his wife, and was supposedly looking forward to the birth of his FIRST child, A Son, would have been out of his mind with worry for his pregnant wife. He exhibited NO grief, worry or panicky concern about the well being of his pregnant wife. THIS BEHAVIOUR speaks volumes.

I certainly agree. I also agree with everyone on the nude Amber pics. This has absolutely nothing to do with the issue of Scott's innocence or guilt.

I keep wondering if the prosecution will use his taped interviews with the media in court. The one with Dianne Sawyer should have some valuable play for them. With his odd behavior and impeachable coments, this kind of evidence should be a goldmine to them, especially if it contradicts what he told LE from the beginning. Like the fact that he was not having an extramarital affair, and so on. I am real curious if he gave any details of his travels in the bay that day.
