I can't seem to get too interested in the golf club theory for the simple reason a serial offender, facing the 3 strikes law, may want "something" in return!! What think ya?

Oh, yeah, surely some of these guys are looking for that. Or they're just selling stories to the tabloids. You know how prisoners always have moneymaking schemes. And they don't care how little money it is. And perhaps the jailers are getting their cut.

Plus, I maintain that he couldn't have swung a golf club on her in the house w/o gouging the ceiling or hitting a wall or something. And we've heard of no such evidence. No way.
