Hey, CO! Educated and "lawyerish" (forgive me, Anse), or PC! PC people (talking heads and pundits) get a lot of mileage out of language like "appropriate behavior", "appropriate this" or "appropriate that", and they're also inclined to say things like "in the home" vs. "at home". JMO
