Yes! Or if the remnants were remnants of that outfit Amy saw her wearing Dec. 23. It would mean she never even made it to bed on the 23rd. No chance of her having gotten kidnapped in a supermarket parking lot, or something, that night--her big manly husband was with her to protect her.

Absolutely! And SP said she was dressed in black pants and a white shirt! As far as I'm concerned, they could put Amy on the stand, get her testimony, find out if Amy knew where the PJs came from (I suspect either Amy or Sharon gave them to her, or with her when she bought them), get an "expert" to verify that they were the PJ's, and voila! Hold Scottie until the trial and he11 freezes over. I would save CA a lot of money, here, Anse! No chance of an appeal either, I wouldn't think, based on Amy's testimony!
