CO, a few posts up from this one, we found out from those who'd watched Catherine Crier (Jackie, maggief, MaggieM) that on Christmas Eve a cop named Brocchini asked Scott if they could go to Scott's warehouse, and Scott consented to let him in at the warehouse. When they got there, Scott told the cop that the power was out at the warehouse. The officer didn't check to see if what Scott said was true, but shined his headlights and also used a flashlight, and poked around at the warehouse a bit. It was only later that this Brocchini found out that the power had NOT been out at Scott's warehouse when Scott had SAID it was out.

P.S. The real burning question for me is, "Did the remanents of clothing found with Laci's body prove to be the missing PJs?" That would be the connective evidence for me!

Yes! Or if the remnants were remnants of that outfit Amy saw her wearing Dec. 23. It would mean she never even made it to bed on the 23rd. No chance of her having gotten kidnapped in a supermarket parking lot, or something, that night--her big manly husband was with her to protect her.

The decomposition should start fairly soon in a place like California in the summer. I also heard from Dr. Baden that they decompse slowly in cold water. It is about 40 degrees at the bottom of the Bay.!!

Absolutely! And SP said she was dressed in black pants and a white shirt! As far as I'm concerned, they could put Amy on the stand, get her testimony, find out if Amy knew where the PJs came from (I suspect either Amy or Sharon gave them to her, or with her when she bought them), get an "expert" to verify that they were the PJ's, and voila! Hold Scottie until the trial and he11 freezes over. I would save CA a lot of money, here, Anse! No chance of an appeal either, I wouldn't think, based on Amy's testimony!

Me too Sandy. I think that's wrong. 65% sounds like waaaaay too much just to get it bound over for trial. I think they will pare it back a bit, at least I hope so. They just don't need it!

MM just because these witnesses are on the list doesn't mean that they will actually call of them. However, if they weren't on the list, I doubt they could call them if they wanted to.

Yeah I read that Dev. Snotty was operating deceitfully from the first night.!! Another thing that I can hardly wait to find out is the box of 31 items Law Enforcement has collected from the Bay. They have not turned that over to the defense yet. Who knows, maybe they have an absolute bombshell and then maybe not. However, if it was important enough to retrieve and log and enter into the record, then it MUST be connected.
