I think we should be asking when that picture was taken. If it is an old picture, it has no bearing on the current controversy.

Picture taken 2001. The judge in this case, George Greer (ptooey!), prohibited any and all means of photographing Terri by her family, including still photos, videotaping, or broadcasts of her from her room. The father, Bob Schindler, has been slapped with a "contempt of court" citation for sharing this photo of Terri.
