Not really. Go to any county hospital along the border and many of the private hospitals too and you'll see all kinds of people from Mexico getting their free hospital care from American taxpayers. Check out some of the maternity wards ---- you won't likely find an American giving birth in the county hospitals ---- they've pretty much become just for the people from Mexico who like it free.
