I rather doubt that. It seems to be established fact that she was moved to a hospital, and that the hospital has been ordered to treat her. No hospital cares enough about Mr. Schiavo and his lawyer to refuse a legally authorized order from the Governor (backed up by two judges, who have refused to block it), when the refusal will kill the patient in short order. Mr. Schiavo and Mr. Felos don't have anywhere near enough money to make that worth the hospital's while.
