MICKIE WROTE: "Divorce proceedings should be started immediately!"

Since she is Catholic, maybe ANULMENT (sp?) would be sufficient---and QUICKER. Anybody know if she could just get an anulment or if she would need both?

Various Catholic freepers have said an annullment is impossible, because Terri is not able to initiate such an action.

Depending on the statute of limitations, she may be eligible for an annulment. Each state has their own criteria but it is usually for people who have no children and who can prove fraud, adultery, etc. There is also a Catholic annulment, but that is more for spiritual purposes and has no legal bearing.
