NO!! The Courts ruling is null and void. It has been overruled and that facility has been ORDERED to start the re-hydration!! The national guard or the Police Force staying outside there need to be reported and disciplined. This is a Stalling tactic, pure and simple. I don't usually recommend civil disobedience but I do here.
