Just curious, but if the marriage were to be annuled (meaning, to be as if it never were, as I understand it) wouldn't that automatically bar Michael Schiavo from ANY "legal" authority in the case whatsoever?

I think both parties in the marriage have to be in agreement to get an annulment (SP).
