No doubt. I feel a lot worse for Don Mattingly. He had the misfortune of playing entirely during the Yankees championship drought. I wonder if he and Buck Showalter ever kick back a few beers and think about what might have been. Buck had it happen to him twice, leaving the Yankees and Diamondbacks the year before they won it all. (There's that 'Buck' curse again, Bucky, Buckner, Buck)!
