A CNN article says this:

Michael Schiavo's lawyers filed an emergency injunction Tuesday evening to prevent the re-feeding of his wife. A Pinellas Circuit Court judge has agreed to hear arguments at 8:30 p.m.

Can't Bush's order be stopped then?

That judge will kick Mike out on his rear so fast he won't know what hit him. Mighty convenient of him to come in at that hour because he can also appoint the Guardian Ad Litem (assuming Bush has the state attorney general show up to ask for it). Thanks Mike!

Only if the judge finds that the new law is unconstitutional.
