It's much more than that. We have developed in large corporations, particularly in energy and aerospace, autos and transportation generally, a culture of stealing from the inventor/entrepreneurs who tend to develop the break through technology. There are such here who have patents in this area, but the nuclear industry has given them such bad treatment and has so focused on incremental improvements in its behemoth plants, that we have lost the lead. This will happen increasingly unless we change our ways.
