Since when is wanting to live a violation of the Constitution when you have done nothing wrong? It's clear enough to me that her husband wants to murder her and get on with his life with another woman and two illegitmate kids but I believe her parents know their daughter well. They believe their daughter ants to live. It sure looks that way in the videos. She's been without food and water for nearly 7 days and still alive - IF that alone doesn't suggest a strong will to live, I don't know what does.

How could anyone prove anything when they are forbidden to investigate and this jerl covers his ass by telling othe courts to but out? There is a line of comradary amongst the courts, atleast in Florida - recall G.W.'s election for President. Florida appears to have a very LEFT leaning and heartless legal system in place. Some of these judges need to go.

A telephonic hearing is scheduled to begin at 8:30 pm est with Judge Douglas Baird re: Michael Schiavo's suit against Gov. Bush and his executive order of today. Some of these judges need to go.

Only one had any real power. That's what's so crazy about the appeals system--it doesn't matter how many judges you go before if they all defer to one corrupt judge for factual findings.
