It so very obvious that Michael Schiavo is DETERMINED to kill Terri. It ought to be obvious to a rational Judge as well. This is like a crusade by someone desperately attempting to get rid of evidence. I hope the Guardian Ad Litem will move her out of the State. What is it with liberals? They will fight tooth and nail to keep a convicted/guilty serial killer from getting the gas, but then object to a family who wants keep their innocent daughter alive. It would be one thing if there was a Living Will, but if there is even the shadow of a doubt, shouldn't we error on the side of life. Isn't that always the arguement against the Death Penalty?
