How did this guy get away with this kind of behavior? why wasn't this information a part of the courts "decision"? Pro-death judges?

Dig a bit deeper. Greer's court was made trustee of Terri's medical rehab fund. Read on another thread that Felos got $500,000 of it in legal fees. If it was $700,000 in the beginning, that doesn't leave much for her "rehab" for the last ten years. Doesn't Florida have oversite audits for such funds? And if so, who does them? This entire mess "stinks" to high heaven.
