Unfortunately, I don't think they will until it gets past the full vote and Governor Bush's signing. With the opposition last night being Democrat, and the majority of Republicans in the Senate, it should pass, especially since it passed the committee with little opposition.
Just praying they vote on it asap. It's maddening.
