I gave you one. That was enough? But I'll give you three
1. There is no physical evidence.
2. There is no physical evidence that can be produced by anyone.
3. There is no evidence that any of this phenomena came from outside Earth.
There, run with it.

You are still not responding as I had hoped for, requested in terms of the underlying paradigm motivations, etc.
and I think you know it.
AP: 1. There is no physical evidence.
WRONG. There's been quite a lot for a subject that's still so effectively kept under wraps by the government et al. The evidence is available in print for anyone with a fair mind to investigate. I suspect, there are even people in your own personal network with more information than could be wisely sneezed at.
Interestingly, one claim by ONE source in one of the books cited above was that if the government didn't wholesale suppress the info and evidence, that the world would be destroyed instantly. Thankfully I know God wouldn't allow that--but it's an interesting motivation for the powers that be to wrestle with.
AP: 2. There is no physical evidence that can be produced by anyone.
The book on Alien Implants above produced multiple bits of evidence well documented. Willful ignorance is scant excuse.
AP: 3. There is no evidence that any of this phenomena came from outside Earth.
Wrong again. Even that evidence of a reliable and impressive quality and amount is available. But given your preference for a TYPE II error, enjoy your comfort in ignorance.
