My guess is that without an IV asap she will be in serious trouble, but it is interesting to wonder what will happen. I have been thinking she would not be in good enough shape to take to surgery for a reinsertion of the tube. I don't know if they need to anesthetize to reinsert, but I think they do.

They can put one down her nose very quickly though and get her hydrated that way.

The senate doesn't have much time. If they drag their feet and debate for hours, I fear the worst.

If they waste too much time and fail Terri, They'll get no thanks for their effort from me.

The thing that has bothered me for some time is this:

Why can't Terri get hydration through an IV? Is that also considered part of the "no tubes for me" that she supposedly said to Michael?

The order by Greer concerns a "feeding tube", does it not?

Why does she have to suffer this excruciating dehydration also?

Doesn't make any sense whatsoever in a rational world.

It's the despicable dehydration that's been getting to me, as it should to anyone who takes even a
quick look at this case.
