What you have here, Andy, is your basic no-win situation. I can't lock the perp up in the cell with Otis. The perp's a Mormon, and you know how they feel about alcohol and drunks. It just wouldn't be right - think of Otis! And I can't shoot the perp. You only gave me but one bullet, and the perp has exibited multiple personalities. Which one do I point the gun at?
