I will not revisit the fact that the governor can suspend the execution of a ruling that he believes is in error while an investigation occurs to determine the validity in light of unexplored findings.

You won't revisit it because you can't cite any basis for it in Florida law.

You missed the most ludicrous aspect of his post:

I have pointed out that Michael has been defrauding his ward by committing adultery that breaches the fealty laws of the state of Florida. Defrauding someone for whom you've been appoint the holder of life and death decisions is a very serious miscarriage of the guardianship laws in the state of Florida.

That's about enough taunting, sinky. The governor can order his law enforcement people to NOT EXECUTE a suspect ruling while an investigation is conducted, especially where that suspect ruling has irreversible consequences if carried out. You know that, sinky. [As to your irrelevant query regarding the governor cancelling the fla Sc ruling in 2000, you may recall he had the legislature standing at the ready to revisit the writing of law and the flasc unconstitutional abbrogation with their cherry picking, right?]
