That right or wrong a court order cannot be defied. There are three branches of government and then there is The People. The People who all branches of government are answerable to and, Judge Roy Moore has it right, the People are answerable to God. Gov. Bush can acknowledge God and act on his conscience in this matter and so can the Fl. legislature. The Declaration of Independence (the organic law of this nation) demands it. The only question then is 'what do their consciences tell them?'
