I like to think there aren't as many as certain news sources would like us to believe. Remember, it was the likes of Dan Rather who dubbed Sharpton a spokesman for all blacks...they've never actually taken a vote on it.

Too easy to blame Al Sharpton's popularity with some black Americans on Dan Rather's endorcement. White Americans supporting Al Sharpton due to Dan Rather's endorcement is another story....I could buy it.

All of this reminds me of white Americans who voted for Jesse Jackson the last time he ran for President, just to prove they are not predjudiced against blacks.
