There was an interesting article in the Sporting News over the Summer when Alex Rodriguez mentioned that he would not object to be traded. The article speculated on which teams could be in the running. The candidates were the Yankees, Mets, Dodgers and Orioles. The article noted the Yankees would of course be interested but the problem would be what to do with Jeter because ARod was so much better than him at Shortstop. The article concluded that he would likely be shifted to 3B to make room. That would sure be hard for him to swallow.

Jeter also goes running for the dugout steps as soon as something happens so he is the first face you see when they show a shot of the Yankees dugout. Just watch next time.
