"This is probably the SECOND Marlin game you've watched all year, and yet you say they aren't exciting. Ask the friggin' Cubs and the Giants if they are exciting."Although the Marlins have played in "exciting" games, their team has NO prestige, NO name recognition, NO legacy, and brings NO panache to the Series. Just the way it is Joe.

I'll take good ballplayers over prestige, name recognition, legacy, and panache anyday. Style over Substance for you New Yorkers?

I'm a Yankee fan, but what do you want from a ten year old team. Hell, they've already won one World Series, and just might win another. Two champions in ten years is a ratio any team would be happy with (except the Yankees). Everybody's got to start somewhere.
