Secretary of State Colin Powell, ready to attend a donors' conference for Iraq, said Sunday the United States will "take as much money as we can get" to cover postwar rebuilding costs.
He said last week's unanimous U.N. Security Council vote on a U.S.-sponsored resolution on Iraq should help.
