On the same topic, isn't it PERJURY to lie to a malpractice jury regarding what one plans to do with the award money?
Michael told the jury UNDER OATH that he loved his wife and wanted to take care of her.
When the jury awarded him all that money to do just that, he went out and got himself Felos to help see that Terri was killed. She received NO therapy, as far as I know. So essentially, Michael deceived a jury in court, UNDER OATH.
Isn't he CRIMINALLY liable for PERJURY?
Who has authority to prosecute this? I would guess the District Attorney.
Has anyone contacted him, or looked into this possibility?
