Bump!
To: ambrose
It just gets worse and worse.
Every single action this "husband" of hers is taking is self-serving, anti-ethical and as sleazy as Hell.

Adding another Terri thread, although as I noted, at least yours is a legitimate, sourced article.
FR is inundated with Terri threads and I find the Jeb bashing threads and posts totally obnoxious and without basis, as summer's posts proves:
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1003692/posts I know we're in agreement regarding Jeb.

The 23rd Psalm --- Translated to Terri's Present Reality !!! The Lord is my Shepherd --- That's Relationship!
I shall not want --- That's Supply!
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures --- That's Rest!
He leadeth me beside the still waters --- That's Refreshment!
He restoreth my soul --- That's Healing!
He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness --- That's Guidance!
For His name sake --- That's Purpose!
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death --- That's Testing!
I will fear no evil --- That's Protection!
For Thou art with me --- That's Faithfulness!
Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me --- That's Discipline!
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies--- That's Hope!
Thou annointest my head with oil --- That's Consecration!
My cup runneth over --- That's Abundance!
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life--- That's Blessing!
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord --- That's Security!
Forever --- That's Eternity!
Face it, Terri . . . the Lord is crazy about YOU !!!

Does the state of Florida have any regs about when an autopsy is to be performed? I don't know how anyone could call this, if it should happen, a natural death.

This husband of hers is one sweet guy, isn't he? I pray that sometime before he has his plug pulled that he gets to experience the hell that Terri and her family go through every day.

precluding any possibility that an autopsy that could determine whether her brain damage was caused by a heart attack or physical abuse.Reasons to Have an Autopsy Performed
In an accompanying editorial, George D. Lundberg, MD, editor of JAMA, stated several reasons for performing autopsies: * establishing the cause of death
* comparing premortem (before death) symptoms with and postmortem autopsy findings
* monitoring public health
* assessing the quality of medical practices
* instructing medical students and physicians
* identifying new and changing diseases
*evaluating different therapies
* reassuring family members and
* protecting against false liability claims and settling valid claims

Autopsy When performed for medical reasons, autopsies require formal permission from family members or the legal guardian. (Autopsies required for legal reasons when foul play is suspected do not need the consent of next of kin.)
