More to the legal points, why has judge Greer continued to protect the guardian he appointed when clear evidence proves the guardian has been defrauding his ward and abusing her via neglect of her therapy and thus her recovery? Additionally, why does the governor not suspend the suspect rulings of the malfeasant judge who has failed to exercise HIS state guardianship responsibilty to hold Michael Schaivo to the minimum standards of guardianship and allowed the Terri's guardian to abuse and deraud her?

Judge Greer made at least one big mistake, which will hopefully be his undoing. He has failed to appoint a guardian ad litem as required by law. This calls into question many of Felos/Schiavo's actions which have gone unchallenged. Had Greer been smarter, he would have found a "yes man" to serve as Terri's guardian ad lib. This would have masked the rank stench of impropriety which has permeated many of the actions of the Schiavo Triumvirate.

Re post #352 - I believe that was an issue Gov Bush raised early on in this matter.

I thought she had one at one time but Greer kicked him out. Whatever, here's hoping this miscalculation takes a big bite out of him.
