But it doesn't matter what I believe- the Judge had all the power- and he does.

Ok. I was thinking that YOUR thoughts were that Terri is in a vegetative state. Thanks for clearing this up. That leads me to another question...." why didn't the Judge go " see her" himself? In a life and death situation, couldn't Terri have been brought into the court room per Judges orders???
